The Wrecked, Abandoned or Hazardous Vessels Act (WAHVA) Public Record fulfills obligations set out under section 107 of the Act, which requires the Minister of Transport to maintain and disclose a public record of all notices of violation and notices of default issued under the Act. The Public Record publishes the nature of the violation committed under the WAHVA, the name of the person or vessel that committed it, and the corresponding penalty amount. The record is online as of August 1st, 2019 and includes data only when violations are found under the WAHVA.
Contained within the 3rd Edition (1957) of the Atlas of Canada is a map that shows three condensed maps of waterways known to be navigable as of the late 1950s, or those which had been used for navigation in the past. However, the map does not proport to show all the waterways upon which navigation was possible. The map entitled Existing Canals shows all the canals in operation as of the late 1950s. Their evolution is shown on the inset diagram entitled Development of Canadian Canals which gives the dates of construction and operation depths of canals.

An ENC contains all the chart information useful for navigation, and may contain supplementary information in addition to that contained in the paper chart. This service is not for navigation.
