The City of Montreal identified 350 green lanes in 2019. A green alley is an alley that has been redeveloped by residents, with the assistance of a district or eco-district. The redevelopment of an alley can bring about changes to car traffic: complete, partial or seasonal closure. The layout can vary from excavation of beds, installation of various types of furniture and marking on the ground. The type of covering can vary between asphalt/concrete, gravel, vegetated, plain paved, honeycomb paved, grassed or a combination of several of these elements. With the support of the Service de la concertation des arrondissements, the City of Montreal wanted to gather this information in order to inform citizens but also the services of its arrondissements in order to publicize and protect these developments. **This third party metadata element was translated using an automated translation tool (Amazon Translate).**

Aquatic invasive species pose economic and ecological threats to Canada's coastal waters. In response, Fisheries and Oceans Canada (DFO) has established monitoring programs to detect and track the spread of aquatic invasive species, including European Green Crab, in Canadian waters. Fukui traps have been deployed annually at both new and long-term monitoring locations throughout coastal British Columbia.
