The 2021 Student Exit Survey measured student employees’ opinions in relation to recruitment, onboarding and orientation, work experience, accommodations, work environment, workplace well-being, and pay. The 2021 Student Exit Survey was conducted from August 10 to September 10, 2021. A total of 5,792 students in 72 federal departments and agencies responded to the 2021 Student Exit Survey.
