Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) are used to identify potential privacy issues of new or redesigned federal government programs or services. PIAs examine how government departments protect personal information through its lifecycle of collection, use, disclosure, storage, and disposition.

Contained within the Federal Elections, 1968 to 2001, Atlas of Canada series, is a map that shows the results of the federal election on September 4th, 1984. This map consists of a has a main map of Canada at 1: 7 500 000, and a set of 20 urban insets, at either 1: 500 000 or at 1: 250 000. All maps show federal electoral districts and indicate, via colour, the party that won the district. There is a table listing all districts by name, and indicating (via coloured type) the name of the member elected.

This data provides the integrated cadastral framework for the specified Canada Land. The cadastral framework consists of active and superseded cadastral parcel, roads, easements, administrative areas, active lines, points and annotations. The cadastral lines form the boundaries of the parcels. COGO attributes are associated to the lines and depict the adjusted framework of the cadastral fabric.

An archive of 2D regional seismic and long period magnetotelluric data collected during 20 years of work under the LITHOPROBE project. Data are primarily onshore and cover widespread regions of Canada. Available data types include raw digital data, processed sections, and images of final sections, as well as auxiliary information required for analysis of the data.

This product provides high resolution orthophotography for the specified Canada Lands located in Quebec. It contains orthorectified mosaique images that were derived from high resolution orthophotography tiles. The data is available in ECW (Enhanced Compression Wavelet), MrSID (multiresolution seamless image database) or TIFF (Tag Image File Format) formats. Some of the orthophotography tiles are also available upon request.

This layer details Important Areas (IAs) relevant to important geographic features in the Strait of Georgia (SOG) ecoregion. This data was mapped to inform the selection of marine Ecologically and Biologically Significant Areas (EBSA). Experts have indicated that these areas are relevant based upon their high ranking in one or more of three criteria (Uniqueness, Aggregation, and Fitness Consequences). The distribution of IAs within ecoregions is used in the designation of EBSAs.
