Based on how the Treasury Board defines service, the CRA has established an inventory of services to Canadians. E-enablement refers to the rate at which those services in the inventory are available online for Canadians to self-serve. This indicator measures progress against the CRA’s digital strategy. This service initiative falls under the ministerial mandate priority and under the broader Government of Canada priority of an open and transparent government.

This map was compiled from data obtained as a result of an aeromagnetic survey carried out by Goldak Airborne Surveys using two Piper Navajo aircraft (registration C-FJBA and C-FJBB).The survey operations were carried out from July 18 to September 2, 2003. A 0.005 nT sensitivity split-beam cesium vapour magnetometer was mounted in the tail boom of each survey aircraft. The nominal traverse line spacing was 800 m with control lies at 2.4 km spacing at a nominal terrain clearance of 200 m. A preplanned flight surface was calculated for this survey to minimize the control line and traverse line altitude differences. Flight path was recovered using a post flight differential Globa Positioning System, combined with a vertically mounted video camera.

The plate contains four maps of 10 minute rainfalls (in millimetres) for a 2 year return period, a 5 year return period, a 10 year return period and a 25 year return period. Each map has a detailed inset of the Vancouver area. These four maps were not analyzed for the mountainous parts of Canada in British Columbia and the Yukon because of the limited number of stations, the non-representative nature of the valley stations and the variability of precipitation owing to the orographic effects. From the incomplete data, it is impossible to draw accurate isolines of short duration rainfall amounts on maps of national scale.
