The Canadian Environmental Sustainability Indicators (CESI) program provides data and information to track Canada's performance on key environmental sustainability issues. The Phosphorus and nitrogen levels in Lake Winnipeg indicator reports on the status of total phosphorus and total nitrogen levels in Lake Winnipeg and its 3 largest tributaries: the Red, Saskatchewan and Winnipeg rivers. The indicator assumes that water in the region would never be above phosphorus and nitrogen water quality criteria or objectives in the absence of human development. It provides information about how human activity contributes to phosphorus and nitrogen levels in lakes and rivers.
This indicator measures the amount of annual incremental federal revenue generated as a result of additional Federal Budget initiatives used to support Government of Canada responsibilities and priorities and the Agency's ultimate outcome: "Canadians meet their obligations, non-compliance is addressed, and Canadians have access to appropriate mechanisms for resolving disputes". This supports the Minister's Mandate commitment to crack down on tax evaders and combat tax avoidance, as well as the Government priority of growing the middle class. This indicator is on track to exceed the five-year target of $2.6B by March of 2021. The in-year target for 2018-19 was $1.4B with results of $1.99B.
The Geological Atlas of the Western Canada Sedimentary Basin was designed primarily as a reference volume documenting the subsurface geology of the Western Canada Sedimentary Basin. This GIS dataset is one of a collection of shapefiles representing part of Chapter 9 of the Atlas, Middle Ordovician to Lower Devonian Strata of the Western Canada Sedimentary Basin, Figure 24, Red River Isopach and Lithofacies. Shapefiles were produced from archived digital files created by the Alberta Geological Survey in the mid-1990s, and edited in 2005-06 to correct, attribute and consolidate the data into single files by feature type and by figure.
All available bathymetry and related information for Peanut Lake were collected and hard copy maps digitized where necessary. The data were validated against more recent data (Shuttle Radar Topography Mission 'SRTM' imagery and Indian Remote Sensing 'IRS' imagery) and corrected where necessary. The published data set contains the lake bathymetry formatted as an Arc ascii grid. Bathymetric contours and the boundary polygon are available as shapefiles.
This data provides the integrated cadastral framework for the specified Canada Land. The cadastral framework consists of active and superseded cadastral parcel, roads, easements, administrative areas, active lines, points and annotations. The cadastral lines form the boundaries of the parcels. COGO attributes are associated to the lines and depict the adjusted framework of the cadastral fabric.

Data are primarily onshore and cover widespread regions of Canada. Available data types include raw digital data, processed sections, and images of final sections, as well as auxiliary information required for analysis of the data.

Public Opinion Research Results
According to the Government of Canada’s Communications Policy, federal government advertising valued at more than $1 million must be assessed post-campaign to determine its impact and value. The purpose of this research was to evaluate the “Canada Apprentice Loan” advertising campaign using the Government of Canada’s standardized Advertising Campaign Evaluation Tool, or ACET survey.
The specific objectives of this research were to measure:
unaided recall of the advertising campaign;
aided recall of the advertising campaign by media;
recall of key messages of the campaign; and
awareness of who was responsible for producing the ads.
The results will be used by the Government of Canada to assess the effectiveness of the Canada Apprentice Loan advertisements.
