This cartographic quality series of printable 1:750 000 scale colour maps cover the provincial extent of Alberta. Generally the 1:750 000 scale maps are a large scale version of the 1:1 000 000 scale map. These maps display the Alberta Township System (ATS), major hydrographic features, municipalities, major roads, railways, select geo-administrative features (parks, reserves, etc.). In addition to the primary provincial base map, this series includes various themes that overlay the primary base map.

The dataset includes incident-based crime statistics at the provincial level. Statistics included in the dataset are the number of youth charged or not charged, and rates per 100,000 youth population for total Criminal Code violations (excluding traffic), total violent Criminal Code violations, total property crime violations, and total other Criminal Code violations. This data is sourced from Statistics Canada through CANSIM.
