With eCommerce needing support, we need to look up daily rates for provinces with regards to taxation, every day. Every morning, I want my online application to look up provincial taxation structure, including rates, for provincial taxes, GST and HST. That way I don't miss a beat on tax rates. This should be reliable and redundant. Publish it in XML or JSON.
