Regulatory Impact Analysis Statements Dataset

The Canada Gazette is the official publisher of Regulatory impact analysis statements (RIAS). However, at the moment, it is impossible to provide the RIAS as a dataset, as this content is only available in PDF and HTML formats in Canada Gazette publications. The Canada Gazette is currently undergoing an important modernization initiative, which includes the replacement of its production and editing tools. One of the expected outcomes of this modernization is the publication of Canada Gazette content in a machine-readable (XML) format. The organization is currently working with various partners and stakeholders to establish an appropriate structure for this machine-readable content. Please note that PSPC was not advised of this request in 2017 as it was attributed to the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat on the Open Government Portal. PSPC provided an immediate response upon being contacted to this effect in 2020.
