Current Spectrum Licences for Mobile Broadband Services (MBS) in the 700 MHz Band

Update dataset for 700 Mhz after auction, including all transferred, subrogate and returned (if any) licenses as 2020. The original data set after the auction was available here: https://open.canada.ca/en/search/inventory/417775f48668b9dd6c71a632c56edc5e. The intention of this request is to map spectrum availability in Canada and how is the primary and secondary holder of the licenses. Block ID and Service ID is required to achieve that goal.
