Canada Time Zone

Looking for GIS files (Google Earth KML/KMZ, MapInfo TAB file etc) that contains polygons for the Canadian time zone boundaries (both Winter and Summer time zones). Similar to the png/jpg files provided by NRC here:

Though this information is available in GIS format & currently resides with Natural Resources Canada, it was last created in 2002. Given that this information is now dated, it cannot be shared as we cannot ensure its accuracy. At this time the responsibility for the time zones in Canada is with each province. Provincial mapping agencies may be able to provide up to date GIS files. | ||
