Federal Zero Emission Vehicle Spending - iZEV Program

The dataset would contain the federal-level spending on the iZEV program. The data would show what portion of the overall rebate budget was attributed to which manufacturers, dealers, etc. The data would display with as much granularity as is reasonable.
