As part of the international consortium project “UK Biomanufacturing - 10143578 - NPmsDNA2024 - Development of in vivo targeted non-viral gene therapies”, this project's objective is to use Chromatin Bio's bioinformatics platform to design novel gene regulatory elements, improving gene expression in Mediphage therapeutic constructs for Stargardt disease, while reducing sequence complexity and increasing manufacturing yields. Once generated, these constructs will be complexed with Entos proprietary ocular nanocarrier for in vivo evaluation by NRC and Entos. The best performing candidates will then be manufactured as msDNA drug substances for further therapeutic development.

This International Co-Innovation Action Program (ICAP) project will prepare the firm to enter into future international co-innovation work in Morocco and Kenya.

The project will support the development of intellectual property capacity within the firm.

Audyse’s project focuses on advancing industrial acoustic intelligence by conducting additional noise studies, researching tariff resilience, and researching standards for secure data telemetry. The work builds on a validated noise profiling system to enhance safety, communication, and readiness for large-scale R&D collaborations.

This project aims to test hypotheses and experiment with new mechanisms to implement (or optimize) a reproducible and scalable business process that could lead to new business methods for insurance benefit management platforms.

“As part of the international consortium project “DECHRO - Development of a sustainable alternative to hard chrome planting through a combination of EHLA and simultaneous roller burnishing”, this project will focus on developing extreme high-speed laser application (EHLA) cladding technology integrated with roller burnishing for the repair of critical components. The work will emphasize maximizing metallurgical quality through elimination of defects, thereby resulting in a proven process for high-performance, safety-critical repairs for Canadian industries.

This applied research initiative will deliver a production-ready AI platform that simultaneously predicts shelf-life and key sensory attributes—such as colour stability, texture retention, and flavor degradation—of food products, using detailed formulation, processing, and packaging data. The project builds directly on an earlier collaboration between Griffith and WIMTACH (Technology Access Centre at Centennial College), where two separate models were successfully developed as proof-of-concept prototypes. This next phase transforms those early research outputs into a fully deployable solution, capable of delivering actionable insights across Griffith’s research and development workflows.

Project is supportive of the SUSTAINET Guardian consortium. The project will support the development of an advanced automated design and simulation tool to improve the modeling of Reconfigurable Intelligent Surfaces (RIS) and antenna arrays for sustainable 6G communication systems.

HPN is building a hyper automation platform using data science, artificial intelligence (AI), and machine learning (ML) techniques to hyperscale its unique business model. The expected outcomes from this platform will enhance member and customer experience through self-service and AI concierge services; and innovation in HPN’s business model by unlocking the predictive and learning capabilities of the firm’s data.
The completion of this project advances the platform toward a commercial pilot-ready, production grade system.
