Further development, testing, and commercialization of Flair3D to enhance complex construction and facility management workflows, including the development of Digital Twin educational content.

The project’s goal is to further develop our Digital Twin technology by integrating Flair3D with Autodesk Construction Cloud, laser-scan visualization, and various IoT sensor integrations, as well as conducting testing to enhance complex construction and facility management workflows. In addition, the project includes the development of Digital Twin course materials to support education, training, and broader industry adoption.

Climative will conduct a 4-month R&D study to determine the technology pathway for its climate intelligence solution, including climate risk assessment and building resiliency upgrade recommendations. The study will first establish the core technical, product, and compliance requirements. It will then proceed with two parallel streams: (1) a market scan and comparative analysis of third-party providers (integration), and (2) a feasibility assessment for an in-house built solution. The project output will be a technical paper on the findings, a production-grade Product Requirements Document (PRD) that defines the selected solution for recommending building resiliency upgrades, and a base prototype.

IP Assist: Intellectual Property Strategy Engagement

Development of a modular high-voltage battery system.

Aluminum smelters are faced with the challenge of managing contaminated carbon dust residues due to the nature of prebaked anodes, which must be changed regularly. The project focuses on decontaminating these residues so that they can be recycled and disposed of without being sent to landfill. The goal is to offer a solution for treating contaminated dust to all Canadian aluminum smelters and to develop equipment that can be marketed outside Canada.

This project will extend a Canadian standards-based health data platform by enabling an operational exemplar registry and establishing the core structures needed for future multi-registry scaling. It advances the platform delivered in Project 1 by strengthening data flows, security, terminology integration, and deployment efficiency. The project will deliver an IBD(Inflammatory Bowel Disease) registry template, improved setup materials, and a technical readiness package that supports commercialization and adoption by Canadian health organizations.
