This project will strengthen the defence market readiness of GameStrat with validated deployments in Canadian defence training environments. Activities include structured analysis of defence procurement pathways, expansion of customer segment mapping, and development of a roadmap addressing Controlled Goods, security clearance, and regulatory requirements. The initiative enhances Canadian innovation capacity and supports responsible growth within Canadian and allied defence ecosystems.

GameStrat will advance its Tactical Instant Replay system from an early prototype to a more robust solution capable of supporting the demands of law enforcement and special operations training environments.

This MDAP – Market Diversification Action Plan – project is for GameStrat to explore and identify early adopters the United Kingdom market for its tactical multi-angle real-time video system.

This project will be focused on hiring a youth employee to help enhance our firm's operational capabilities.

This is a project to experiment with new mechanisms and hypothesis for creating repeatable and scalable business process and to develop IP in business methods.

The purpose of this CanExport SMEs agreement is to support small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) for activities related to export market development that are part of an export business case for a specific target market, particularly where activities are targeting departmental priority markets and sectors.

This project will be a combination of optimizing inbound marketing as well as optimizing the stages of the sales funnel. The project is designed to drive marketing leads, improve conversion rates, reduce customer acquisition costs, and reduce churn.

This project will be focused on hiring a youth employee to help enhance our firm's technical support and customer retention capabilities.

The firm will be executing a business objective project to help improve growth and scaling strategies.

This includes experimenting and iterating on inbound marketing activities which will ultimately reduce customer acquisition cost. KPI’s that will be measured are: total number of leads generated, close rates, cost to acquire a lead and ultimately the final cost to acquire a customer.
