The objective of this project, Phase 2-Modernizing the Canadian Grade Compendium for Fresh Fruit or Vegetables, is to update the Canadian Food Inspection Agency's Canadian Grade Compendium Volume 2 - Fresh Fruit or Vegetables and validate recommendations for updates to grade standards and quality inspection manuals; collaborate with the Canadian Food Inspection Agency to develop and implement a transparent, timely and predictable process for further updates, including Dispute Resolution Corporate hosting and maintaining the standards going forward.
