Description:
The objective of this project is to develop a program where Canadian-based food importers would have a standardized, auditable process to prove that they have taken steps to ensure that the food they have purchased from overseas markets meets Canadian health standards. This request is to conduct the first module of the second phase of The objective of this project . The Canadian Association of Importers and Exporters will draft the food safety standard, HACCP model and guidance document for Food Transported and Stored at Ambient Temperature: Hermetically Sealed Cans, Jars, and Pouches.
