The objective of this project aims to create professional development opportunities for the Maritime beef industry by enabling interested producers to improve their knowledge of beef production and their ability to transfer their skills and knowledge. The project addresses components of the larger MBC strategy to increase market opportunities and enhance the professionalism of the sector through education and training, building collaboration and developing capacity and implementing traceability initiatives.
