Description:
The objective of this project is to open a new cidery in 2021. The intern will be responsible for planting the vineyard and orchard, installing trellises, staking apple trees, setting up and maintaining electric fences. In addition, the intern will have the opportunity to develop an organic "tea" made from horse manure to combat disease.
