Description:
The objective of this project is to carry out bank renaturalization and stabilization projects that are scheduled for the spring and fall of 2020. This project will take place mainly in an agricultural environment in the sub-basins of the Rivière du Sud and Rivière l'Acadie. A waterway bank characterization component could be added during the internship. The intern will participate in the evaluation of potential waterfront development sites in the watersheds of the l'Acadie and du Sud rivers, in meeting with agricultural producers, in planning and participating in the implementation of projects and in writing the synthesis report.
