Description:
The objective of this project is to offer technical and regulatory advisory and support services to agricultural producers in Montérégie who are pursuing a sustainable development objective for their business. The intern will support agricultural producers in adopting environmentally-friendly agricultural practices by modifying their production. The intern will also participate in sampling and evaluating soil health, screening for weeds, pests and diseases (corn, soybeans), and monitoring cover crops. The intern will carry out plans for agri-environmental support and fertilization, phosphorus assessments, on-farm trials and awareness activities.
