Description:
The objective of the project is to assist in providing field crop advice to farmers in the Ottawa area based on scientific agronomic principles, and to provide recommendations on crop types including corn, soybeans, wheat, hay, alfalfa, and others. The intern activities include monitoring of field research sites, counting and documenting emerged plants, assessing for growth stage- gathering and taking photos of plants at growth stages to monitor light capture.
