Description:
The objective of this project is to involve the intern in organic garlic production. The intern’s main activity would be hand weeding. It will also involve removing rocks, harvesting garlic flowers and harvesting garlic. The intern would also assist with post-harvest handling of garlic including brushing, sorting and packing.
