Description:
The objective of this project is to open a new cidery in 2021. The intern will be responsible for tending trellises, planting grapes and the orchard, maintaining irrigation systems, mowing, bushwhacking and developing new fields for hay, grapes and apples. The intern will also be involved in cider production complete with harvesting, crushing and the production of cider.
