Description:

The objective of the project is a provincially inspected meat processing facility that processes beef, pork, lamb, deer and bison. Specializing in custom meat processing, and also have a full retail store with over 500 different products available. The Intern will be responsible for assisting in production of all areas of the meat processing facility. Tasks will include: meat wrapping and packaging, meat cutting, assisting with floor activities as required, ensuring quality control standards are met, retail sales and store marketing, daily cleaning, stocking and organization, and inventory control.
