The objective of the project is to involve the intern in the activities of the co-op farm, which specializes in animal production (chickens, pigs, laying hens) on pasture. The products are sold to butchers and specialty grocery stores, and through direct-to-consumer sales. The intern will assist with tasks related to animal husbandry and care, egg collection and preparation, and preparation of customer orders.
