Description:
The objective of the project is 4 acre market garden where we grow 40 different types of fruit and vegetables. We pick and harvest weekly throughout the summer months for our weekly markets. We grow all of our crops with organic standards so we do not use pesticides or herbicides. The intern will learn to weed, plant, about soil preparation, harvesting, washing, packaging and greenhouse work.
