The objective of the project is the growth and distribution of certified organic vegetables to individuals, families, other distributor , retail shops and restaurants. The interns would be involved in all field related tasks including planting, weeding, fertility plans, animal husbandry, post harvest handling, packaging and interacting with the public through (socially distanced)food pick ups.
