The objective of the project is to develop and teach new and emerging food processors hands-on business skills to launch their natural and organic products into the retail market and other market channels. The company also coaches and mentors companies one-on-one using BC Ministry of Agriculture grant funding programs and financial institutional funding (Vanity). Good to Grow also hosts an annual boutique trade show, From the Ground Up, bringing together new and innovative local BC brands to meet key buyers. The intern will work on 4 of the 10 modules that were not completed in her last internship. With the 6 modules she did complete the company needs to do beta testing which Meghan would be assisting with and supporting in evaluation of the testing. We will continue to use project management tools to measure and manage her time and progress (RACI & Trello) and I will work with her to complete the remaining modules and testing.
