Description:
The objective of the project is to assist Great Lakes Greenhouses Inc., a commercial greenhouse that specializes in conventional cucumber production as well as organic cucumber and eggplant production. The Intern will directly assist the Labour Manager. Duties will include directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources, maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures. The Intern will also be responsible for resolving personnel problems, investigating issues, recommend action plans and hold employees accountable to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
