Description:
The objective of the project is to diversify this hog business by developing a maple syrup production component by renting the maple grove from the neighbouring farm. The intern will help with the work of gathering, transporting, splitting and stringing wood for the maple grove. The intern will assist in weighing the pigs and shipping, and in cleaning the building at the end of the next batch. The intern will also be able to assist with data entry, administration and corporate accounting.
