Description:
The objective of the project is to involve the intern in the grain chicken farm's activities. The chickens are processed directly on the farm at a provincial slaughterhouse and C1-type processing plant. The products are sold in several businesses, such as grocery stores, delicatessens, butcher shops and restaurants. The intern will assist in poultry slaughtering, cutting, processing and packaging.
