Description:
The objective of the project is to involve the intern in the activities of this potato business in order to maintain the Canada Gap permit. The intern will keep weekly and monthly records regarding the inspection of the production site, buildings and agricultural equipment. The intern will keep records of fertilizer and pesticide applications following field applications. The intern will also keep harvest records to ensure the traceability of lots of potatoes that will be shipped to customers or stored.
