The objective of this project is to provide food processing and preservation infrastructure, equipment, services and resources to local food producers and processors through a Food Hub. The Food Hub will operate to support local farmers and harvesters in preserving, processing, and distributing foods and products to minimize overhead and operational costs and to allow for the development of local, viable food businesses.
