The objective of the project is to assist in the planting, growing and direct marketing of the organic farm's products. The employing company has successfully transitioned to online sales. Some activities include the overall management of seedlings, weed management, greenhouse management and troubleshooting. The intern will learn how to plan successive greenhouse plantings and how to plant with the seasons and day length to maximize income.
