Description:
The objective of the project is to assist the commercial farm property to produce, deliver, and sell produce to weekly food basket customers, local chefs and caterers. The intern will work under the direct supervision of lead growers and be exposed to all aspects of a commercial farm: crop planning, growing in greenhouses and outside raised beds, integrated pest management, harvesting, washing, and packing.
