The objective of this project is for the intern to gain experience on a certified organic vegetable farm, through working directly with the farmers on the wide variety of tasks necessary to produce high quality vegetables, seeding and greenhouse work, field prep and transplanting, weeding, irrigation maintenance, harvest, product washing, packing and distribution.
