The objective of this project is for the employee to gain experience in an agri-food processing (hummus) business, through understanding how to process pulses to create new flavours, learning to produce and package the hummus, as well as performing all administrative and book keeping duties, creating and maintaining program documents for food safety, which adheres to the new CFIA regulations and dealing with marketing and social media.
