Description:
The objective of this project is to keep bioactive winery waste out of landfills and re-purpose these wastes into new nutritious substances, such as food additives, cosmetics and biopharmaceuticals. The project focuses on developing, piloting, testing and marketing clean technological processes to create a naturally fermented shelf-stable food, cosmetic and bio-pharmaceutical products from winery derivatives.
