Description:
The objective of the project is to assist with farm operations. The farm grows strawberries, sweet corn, pumpkins and squash that are sold primarily through the on farm market, Reesor's Farm Market and the retail store in Stouffville, Reesor's Market and Bakery. The intern would manage the Strawberry Pick Your Own. Duties include supervising four students who assist with parking, check in , and field monitoring of pickers and ensuring customers and staff follow all COVID-19 picking guidelines. Following the Strawberry season the intern will be a sweet corn sales agent selling from a truck at the Stouffville retail store location.
