Description:
The objective of the project is a poultry boiler production (meat production) from day old chicks to the time they are shipped out for the processing plant.
The intern will learn to work as a laborer on the farm and the technical training. The intern will learn how the ventilation of the barns works, organic feeding method, how to identify bird health (animal welfare), minor maintenance repair. Learn to problem solve day to day issues, trouble shoot problems. The intern will learn to work with team and others from various ethnic backgrounds.
