The objective of this project is for the intern to acquire experience in a wholesale bakery specializing in breads, cookies, and granola. The recipient supplies grocery stores, restaurants, and cafes. The intern will assist with the bakery production (preparing recipes, scaling ingredients, baking products, etc.) and/or packaging duties (packaging bread, cookies, granola, etc.).
