Description:
The objective of this project is to involve the trainee in the activities of this agricultural cooperative that owns cheese dairies. The company processes 32 million liters of milk annually into convenience cheeses (cheddar, Monterey jack, Swiss, emmental, mozzarella, halloumi, etc.), high-end fine cheeses and cheese appetizers, in addition to offering various services for animal and plant production, seeds, herbicides, fertilizers and grains via BMR/Dépanneur. The intern will participate in dairy processing activities from the arrival of the milk to the shipment of the cheese. This includes cheese turning, cutting, ripening for fine cheeses, transformation into a canapé for tapas, packaging, canning, order preparation and shipping preparation.
