Description:
The objective of this project is to hire an intern to work at Parmalat Canada, manufacturer and marketer of a variety of high-quality food and beverage dairy products. The intern will be responsible for performing analytical and microbiological, chemistry, and sensorial testing and analysis of in-process and finished product samples according to approved standard. They will be required to record and evaluate test data, verify cheese moisture parameters during production and conduct screening and monitoring tests on raw milk. They will also be required to perform internal audits on various plant programs.
