Description:
The objective of this project is to hire an intern to work at Parmalat Canada, manufacturer and marketer of a variety of high-quality food and beverage dairy products. The intern will be responsible for supporting the production department's operation of all production activities. They will be required to provide leadership to improve health and safety performance as well as provide leadership to staff by providing work direction, performance feedback, and recommendations for training and development. They will also be required to participate in the development and implementation of operational and capital budgets.
