The objective of this project is to provide beneficial and key learning and virtual networking opportunities that offer a variety of education sessions and training opportunities to young farmers, aged 18-40 across Canada. This will entail building strong leaders, representing the voice of young farmers, encouraging self care, addressing mental health, and connecting and encouraging young women in agriculture, while exemplifying the external support available to young farmers, yielding exceptional advocates for agriculture .
