The objective of this project requests funding for the purchase of a refrigerated trailer, shelving, 3 refrigerators, a commercial oven, community garden boxes and start up material, pallets and pallet truck and small kitchen appliances to receive, store, transform and serve rescued food which will help Urban Hope increase their output of hot food by 83%.
