The objective of this project is fund the use of transcriptome sequencing to develop resources to identify genes and advance tools to mine DNA sequences of wild Solanum species, landraces and cultivars in the Centro International de la Papa genebank for genetic variation associated with improving traits related to sustainable development goals.
