Description:
The objective of this project aims to develop a multifunctional system capable of turkey drumstick punch/removal, sinew/tendon separation, and maximized meat protein recovery. Therefore, it will be able to address the challenges pertaining to optimization of 1) speed and throughput volume in meat grinding technologies and 2) building a safe and sustainable working environment for the labour force.
