Description:
The objective of this project aims to develop a fully functioning vertical farm using aeroponics to grow leafy greens. GWS will maximize efficiency through automated processes that reduce human errors as well as minimizing contamination. The custom centralized computer control system efficiently controls the growth cycle from seed to harvest, allowing the growth to occur independent of the outside environment, while reducing the consumption of resources.

Expected Results:
This project aims to build a system that allows crops to grow regardless of the climate or season, reducing the need to rely on O countries to grow Canadian food. It will keep the produce clean, safe, local, with a low environmental impact for Canadians as this system uses less water, requires no pesticides and doesn't need huge acreage of land.
